New Year. New Goals. New Wins.

As we open the gates to a brand new academic year, the energy at Aspeling High is electric! Term 1 has officially begun, and we are beyond excited to welcome new learners and new families into our community. Thank you to every parent and guardian who has trusted us to be part of your child’s high school journey — we are honored and ready for the year ahead.

This year feels especially monumental as we begin the school year on our very own grounds for the very first time. Our classrooms are set, our teachers are prepared, and our learners are already filling the campus with life. With a new premises comes new challenges, but we embrace them with confidence, growth, and a positive mindset. It’s all part of building something special from the ground up.

Our 2026 calendar is also stacked with exciting events and long-standing traditions. As always, we kick off the year with our Mini Olympics on the beach — a learner favourite that blends teamwork, school spirit, and a bit of friendly competition. It’s always a highlight and the perfect way to set the tone for the year!

Shortly after, we host our first Parent-Teacher Meeting, giving families the space to engage and connect with their child’s academic goals for the year.

With Ramadan arriving earlier this year, we’re mindful of accommodating all members of our school community. We will be scheduling key events either before or after Ramadan to ensure everyone can participate comfortably and meaningfully.

Beyond academics, we’re introducing new clubs and activities designed to ignite creativity, curiosity, and leadership. Our mission extends far beyond textbooks: we want our learners to explore who they are, discover what they love, and work towards who they aspire to become.

Most importantly, our dedicated teaching and support staff are ready to create a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environment built on quality education and genuine care for each learner.

To our 2026 learners: believe in yourselves, set bold goals, and make this year your best yet. Your story starts now — and we can’t wait to be part of it.

As the winter chill begins to ease, we find ourselves stepping confidently into Term 3 – the final stretch before exams and the exciting wrap-up of yet another milestone year at Aspeling High School .
